Presented by: Corina Reyna, PharmD, BCGP, co-founder of Origins Pharmacy Solutions®, is a seasoned speaker for regional and state hospice conferences. As a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) with 17 years of hospice pharmacy experience, she conveys relevant, practical pharmaceutical information to the hospice world. When not delving into hospice medication profiles, this Idaho native may be found doing a HIIT workout, walking the Greenbelt with her Golden Retriever, planning her family’s next trip to the mountains, or whipping up a veggie-filled meal (much to the chagrin of her three children).
