Live Training: Medication Deprescribing in the Hospice Setting

Please join us for this in-person discussion regarding medications and drug classes that may be appropriate for discontinuation, decreased dosing, and/or medication switching in hospice patients. The class will be held at the IHCA training center in Boise, Idaho.
Target Audience:
- Hospice prescribers, nurses, managers/administrators, and other provider types who care for hospice patients
- If a facility has a significant number of patients on hospice care and would like their nursing staff to be familiar with the goals of hospice, then participation of certain nursing staff may be appropriate, for greater understanding of prescribing in that patient population.
